FIFA 15 & Micro stuttering issues

My pc Specs are

pros - Intel Core - i7

Ram - 6gb DDR3

Hdd - 1Tb

Gpu - Amd Radeon - Hd6730 2GB

Micro stuttering is a term used in computing to describe a quality defect that manifests as irregular delays between frames rendered by the GPU(s), causing the instantaneous frame rate of the longest delay to be significantly lower than the frame rate reported by benchmarking applications, such as 3DMark, as they usually calculate the average frame rate over a longer time interval. In lower frame rates when this effect may be apparent the moving video appears to stutter, resulting in a degraded gameplay experience in the case of a video game, even though the frame rate seems high enough to provide a smooth experience

And am i the only one who suffer from that in fifa 15 ??? my gameplay are much better when i updated my video card driver, but still happen to be lag. Why EASport ? no wonder u guys lost with Pes 2015 at gamescon, its sadden me though, i love fifa, i owned them since 2011 . well, before 2011, i play pirate one. And why fifa ??? why u make those fifa engine are @#!#$. its okay, still love them . btw i tried this

FIFA 15 Micro-stuttering Fix AlternativeMicro-stuttering issue has been there for a long time, and I am not saying that it’s EA’s fault as it mostly happens due to compatibility or driver issues.
First thing you want to make sure is that you have the latest drivers for your GPU. If you are using SLI/Crossfire, try disabling it as some users have reported to resolve the issue by doing so.
And if you aren’t using SLI/Crossfire, you need turn on V-sync from the launcher menu or from the control panel settings of your GPU (Nvidia Control Panel/AMD Catalyst).

I saw them at fifa-patch , well they are useful, . btw have fun guys.
